Every year we use the apple harvest from the Luz Del Valle ranch in pleasant valley. This orchard keeps amazing us with its own unique terroir. This apple blend is balanced, and rich in apple tones and tannin. The tangy finish may appeal to all those sour beer drinkers out there. We consider this to be a great example of a traditional cider. Enjoy with your favorite stinky cheese.
